Multicounty Club Days is typically held in the late winter or early spring of each year in Newton, KS. This is an excellent time for members to practice their talks and demonstrations!

McPherson County Fair

This fair is held in Canton on the third weekend in July offering both open and 4-H classes. Visit their website: McPherson County Fair

McPherson County 4-H Fair

This fair is held in McPherson at our Extension Office on the last weekend in July and only has 4-H classes open to McPherson County members. To qualify for the State Fair, 4-H members must participate and receive a purple from this fair. Please enroll in all project areas by May 1st to be eligible to participate in the 4-H Fair and the Fair in Canton.

National 4-H Week

National 4-H Week is held in the first full week of October each year, celebrating the New 4-H Year! Check with your club leader to see how your club is participating in the 48 Hours of 4-H Community Service project and other National 4-H events!

Achievement Banquet

The annual Achievement Banquet is held typically on the first Sunday in November. All 4-H members, families, volunteers, and donors are invited to attend to recognize the achievements of our 4-H members throughout the year. Tickets will need ordered each year, please contact the Extension Office for more information.
